Psycle Strength focuses on building total body, balanced strength from the base up. Certified instructors lead our strength classes, using varied equipment, bodyweight, and mobility exercises to help you feel – and move better – every day.

Our Strength Classes Include:

  • Bootcamp – 45-to-55-minute workouts that focus on strength and HIIT moves that create a sense of community while you work out at various stations using a mix of equipment.
  • Strength Burn – 45 minutes of fast paced, total body strength that boosts your metabolism, heart rate, and muscle mass so you can create a toned body and a strong mindset.
  • TRX Suspension Training – 45 minutes of total body workout using suspension straps that focus on your body weight, movement, mobility, and cardio. This class is great for beginners, anyone recovering from an injury or those looking to train at a professional level.
  • Strength Sculpt – 55 minutes of strength work that use a variety of equipment and body weight while staying on your own mat so you can focus in and maximize your gains.
  • Psycle Mobility – 55 minutes of total body mobility that helps you decompress your joints, strengthen your body, and restore your muscles. This restorative class will leave you feeling better and give you more range of motion in your daily routine.

Creating health and fitness is not just about your workout; what you choose to fuel your body with makes a critical difference. Maria Zemen is Psycle’s certified health and fitness coach that has helped over five hundred clients align their nutrition with their workouts so they can maximize their results from the inside out. By taking an integrated approach that focuses on nutrition, movement, stress management and emotional alignment, clients can create healthy, long-lasting habits for a balanced life.

Maria offers the following services:

  • Nutrition Coaching with app support for recipes, tracking, body alignment, etc.
  • Fitness Training for individuals or groups of four or less customized to meet everyone’s fitness levels and goals
  • Empowerment Coaching to help you manage stress and process emotions so you can create the health – and life – you have always wanted
  • Coaching Calls for support, accountability and stretch outside of your comfort zone
