PSYCLE GROW...the beginning...

Whether you are new to indoor cycling or seekng a  recovery ride, GROW is the class for you. You will find the same high energy fun party ride as other PSYCLE classes delivered at a slightly less intense level. This challenging 45 minute ride focuses on helping riders "grow" from their current base into other classes and also serves as an excellent opportunity for advanced riders to recover after an injury or an intense week. [ approx. 45 min ride + stretch ]

PSYCLE 60

Don't just workout, you'll work from the inside out and the time will fly by as you pedal to the beat of the music and engage in an active mediation. Intention, focus, discipline and rhythm are the foundation for what is likely to be a life changing experience. Ride along this path for permanent change! A full body experience with high energy music will set you up for lasting success. [ approx. 55 min ride + stretch ]

PSYCLE 45

A shorter but more intense riding experience. All the burn in less time. [ approx. 45 min ride + stretch ]

PSYCLE 45 + STRETCH

We have added a bonus 20 min stretch immediately following our signature PSYCLE 45 ride. Stretch portion occurs off the bike in Studio B.

SUNRISE PSYCLE 60

Wake up and ride! This ride will crank your body and mind awake like no cup of coffee can ever do... Slightly shorter than a PSYCLE 60 class, this one is set up with a bit higher intensity so you can get in, get done and blast off to your day! [ approx. 50-54 min ride + stretch ]

STRENGTH - Long & Lean (OFF THE BIKE)

Never the same workout twice! This off-the-bike power circut training class uses challenging combinations of movement, balance, stretching, biometrics and core work to build strength and perfect your physique. These body altering moves are set to great music to keep you going! Classes may use stability balls, body bars, weights, mats, medicine balls,  sliding discs all incorporating your body weight as key resistance. Feel and see  your body change with each class.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING - Train and Trim

TRX Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises. The aim of this class is to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. This class is set to great music while the movements are a compliment to a cardio workout.

D.E.E.P. STRENGTH (OFF THE BIKE)

Intense controlled strength moves using dumbbells, bosus, trx’s, plyometric boxes, medicine balls and/or gliders designed to increase your strength, stamina, physique and metabolism. Class is designed to create muscle fiber micro-tears, which in turn build a toned, muscular physique. Come to class with a purpose, let each muscle serve its purpose, leave class feeling strong and powerful.

D.E.E.P. YOGALATES (OFF THE BIKE)

A little core flexing, a little yoga flowing and a lot of much needed stretching. This is a 45 minute core yoga/pilaties class at Type A personality speed. Those smaller mucslces have a purpose and those bigger muscles need a stretch! Grunting and groaning allowed! The only place your mind, body and soul can be separated is on a piece of paper. Reconnect with mindful movement!
