PSYCLE 45

This class is taught by:

Brooke Hammond

Brooke began living her life "one pedal stroke at a time" in 2009 after her second major back surgery.  Craving a low-impact change to her fitness routine, Brooke joined the Psycle family and quickly realized this as no ordinary workout.  She truly believes that music is a universal communicator that unites people.  She plays a wide range of music from dance remixes to alternative rock - and attaches meaning to every single beat

Jennifer Conroy

It’s not about the destination, the best part of any journey is the ride! Jennifer will never forget her first indoor cycling class at Psycle® in 2012. Recovering from hip and back surgeries Jennifer discovered that she could not only heal her body, but change her life. Beyond a workout of high intensity, core strengthening, low impact, full body engagement, there was an unexpected work-IN component when the lights when down and the beat kicked in. Building strength from the inside out with Psycle’s unique messaging, inspirational instructors, and the amazing Psycle® community of riders, she took the stage as a Psycle® instructor in 2013. Much like coming home to the unconditional love and enthusiastic greetings of her three dogs, every time she walks through the door at Psycle® to a place of no judgments and unlimited support, Jennifer feels it’s just like coming home. You’ll find a heavy beat, a little sass, and a whole lot of love in her classes; in or out of the saddle you can hustle, sweat, dance, or just grab your bike and let go!

Scott Sommers

If you only come for the great workout, you miss the point. Pay attention to the rhythm of the music while you get lost in the moment and begin to fix yourself from the inside out. The fundamentals of intention, focus and discipline come into play during your ride while you have the opportunity to practice taking control in your life one turn of the knob at a time.

Be inspired to achieve your potential during the ride in a welcoming environment of inclusion, sharing and effort. Positive energy from the universe and your classmates surrounds you as you make the decision in your life to take control and manifest happiness. Be careful what you wish for in this class because you just might get it...

Elcin Riza

Finding herself at a personal and physical standstill, Elcin knew it was time for a real change. She was looking for something different and was tired of the big-box gym scene — always finding the environment sterile and impersonal.

Elcin walked into Psycle for the first time in January of 2012. She initially wanted to burn a ton of calories in a fun way, but she soon craved more. Attending multiple classes a week, she quickly realized this was the start of a personal journey on which she never imagined embarking.

Living with a “be where you are” attitude, Elcin found Psycle to be a true sanctuary where she was safe to let go. There was no judgment, just an undeniable energy. She was able to leave the noise of life outside the studio doors, lose herself in the moment and the rhythm of the music, and connect to lyrics she had heard before but never really felt. With the camaraderie and energy of the instructor and riders beside her, song after song, ride after ride, pedal stroke by pedal stroke, she has reached and even exceeded goals she once deemed unattainable. Today, she is the strongest physically, mentally and emotionally that she has ever been.

Elcin takes the Psycle stage as a certified Instructor. She rides with heart and soul. She has a passion for music and brings huge energy. In her classes you will hear a diverse mix of music from country to rock, from old school to the hottest hits of now. Her playlists are designed to enliven the body, inspire the mind and spirit, and always be fun. Elcin recognizes that everyone has different goals, and she encourages you to share — you don't have to go it alone. Join her for your ride as you embark on your own journey of change.

Jacob Holland

Drawn to the energy and pulsating beat of the music, Psycle drew Jacob through its doors a little over two years ago. 70 pounds and a whole lot of sweat later, he now guides others through their journey of self-discovery and motivation. Driven by the idea that anything can be accomplished in a dark room on a bike going nowhere, his passion and enthusiasm for every ride he leads resonates long after class ends.
A shorter but more intense riding experience. All the burn in less time (approx. 45 min ride + stretch).
