Emily Minnich

Willing to try anything once, Emily was dragged to her first class back in 2010 where she met Jenn Sommers and she has been hooked ever since. "It is amazing what you can accomplish both physically and mentally on a stationary bike… if you are willing to just let go." The real world isn't easy. You might only get one hour for yourself in a day to commit to making yourself better on the inside and outside. Based on the pillars of focus, discipline, rhythm, and intention, her classes begin to transform both bodies and attitudes. Emily steps on to the instructor stage bringing along her energy, soul and yes, her humor. With her invaluable taste in music and sense of flow, this is a ride you will not want to miss. So put on your big girl or boy pants and give her class a try!

Scott Sommers

If you only come for the great workout, you miss the point. Pay attention to the rhythm of the music while you get lost in the moment and begin to fix yourself from the inside out. The fundamentals of intention, focus and discipline come into play during your ride while you have the opportunity to practice taking control in your life one turn of the knob at a time.

Be inspired to achieve your potential during the ride in a welcoming environment of inclusion, sharing and effort. Positive energy from the universe and your classmates surrounds you as you make the decision in your life to take control and manifest happiness. Be careful what you wish for in this class because you just might get it...

Jacob Holland

Drawn to the energy and pulsating beat of the music, Psycle drew Jacob through its doors a little over two years ago. 70 pounds and a whole lot of sweat later, he now guides others through their journey of self-discovery and motivation. Driven by the idea that anything can be accomplished in a dark room on a bike going nowhere, his passion and enthusiasm for every ride he leads resonates long after class ends.

Katie Francis

Katie has forever worked towards attaining the delicate balance of mind, body and soul. She believes that how you train is how you live your life. Each class focuses on skills such as strength, flexibility, and endurance to aid in your own personal journey. She comes to the Psycle stage with an infectious energy and an eclectic taste in music that is sure to please all. Each ride is full of fun with just the right amount of challenge.

Wake up and ride!  This ride will crank your body and mind awake like no cup of coffee can ever do... Slightly shorter than a PSYCLE 60 class, this one is set up with a bit higher intensity so you can get in, get done and blast off to your day!
