This class is taught by:

Elcin Riza

Finding herself at a personal and physical standstill, Elcin knew it was time for a real change. She was looking for something different and was tired of the big-box gym scene — always finding the environment sterile and impersonal.

Elcin walked into Psycle for the first time in January of 2012. She initially wanted to burn a ton of calories in a fun way, but she soon craved more. Attending multiple classes a week, she quickly realized this was the start of a personal journey on which she never imagined embarking.

Living with a “be where you are” attitude, Elcin found Psycle to be a true sanctuary where she was safe to let go. There was no judgment, just an undeniable energy. She was able to leave the noise of life outside the studio doors, lose herself in the moment and the rhythm of the music, and connect to lyrics she had heard before but never really felt. With the camaraderie and energy of the instructor and riders beside her, song after song, ride after ride, pedal stroke by pedal stroke, she has reached and even exceeded goals she once deemed unattainable. Today, she is the strongest physically, mentally and emotionally that she has ever been.

Elcin takes the Psycle stage as a certified Instructor. She rides with heart and soul. She has a passion for music and brings huge energy. In her classes you will hear a diverse mix of music from country to rock, from old school to the hottest hits of now. Her playlists are designed to enliven the body, inspire the mind and spirit, and always be fun. Elcin recognizes that everyone has different goals, and she encourages you to share — you don't have to go it alone. Join her for your ride as you embark on your own journey of change.

Emily Minnich

Willing to try anything once, Emily was dragged to her first class back in 2010 where she met Jenn Sommers and she has been hooked ever since. "It is amazing what you can accomplish both physically and mentally on a stationary bike… if you are willing to just let go." The real world isn't easy. You might only get one hour for yourself in a day to commit to making yourself better on the inside and outside. Based on the pillars of focus, discipline, rhythm, and intention, her classes begin to transform both bodies and attitudes. Emily steps on to the instructor stage bringing along her energy, soul and yes, her humor. With her invaluable taste in music and sense of flow, this is a ride you will not want to miss. So put on your big girl or boy pants and give her class a try!

Jacob Holland

Drawn to the energy and pulsating beat of the music, Psycle drew Jacob through its doors a little over two years ago. 70 pounds and a whole lot of sweat later, he now guides others through their journey of self-discovery and motivation. Driven by the idea that anything can be accomplished in a dark room on a bike going nowhere, his passion and enthusiasm for every ride he leads resonates long after class ends.

Erin Stellato

It began in 2010…Erin started taking spin classes to cross train while preparing for a half marathon. It didn’t take long for spinning to become the preferred workout. With a background in Exercise Science and a love of coaching, teaching was the next logical step. Erin taught her first class in 2012, became a certified instructor in 2013, and hasn’t looked back. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular on the bike, her class will challenge you to get stronger – both physically and mentally. Expect anything and everything in terms of music, and don’t forget your weights. Clip in, drop in, and ride on.

You can follow Erin on Instagram (@ridefromtheinside) to stay inspired and keep current off the bike.

Katie Duffy

A dark room.  Loud music.  I don't know a better way to connect with yourself.  I've been teaching indoor cycling for 4 years.  My class will kick your butt, open your mind and set your soul on FIRE.  I love when the beat drops and when the base hits so expect EDM, Hip-Hop and be ready to rock your roll.  I promise to lead you through a safe, effective and fun journey every time I'm on that stage. Cleveland, time to ride!
Wake up and ride!  This ride will crank your body and mind awake like no cup of coffee can ever do... Slightly shorter than a PSYCLE 60 class, this one is set up with a bit higher intensity so you can get in, get done and blast off to your day!
approx. 50-54 min ride + stretch
